Elon Musk introduces his own “America party” and signals a political change in favor of Bitcoin

The tech billionaire Elon Musk has launched a new political movement with the name America Party, which is a direct challenge for the long-existing two-party system of the United States.
In a number of posts on X at the weekend, Musk described the initiative as an answer to what he sees as a non -partisan mismanagement of the nation's finances – and confirmed that Bitcoin would play a role in the party's economy philosophy.
When asked by an X-user whether the America party Bitcoin would support, Musk replied: “Fiat is hopeless, so yes”, what on A clear focus on decentralized financial principles and a rejection of inflation-prone Fiat currency systems indicated.
Musk officially presented the party on Saturday after determining the interest through an X survey. In his announcement, he criticized both the Republicans and the Democrats to contribute to uncontrolled government spending, and wrote: “When it comes to driving our country through waste and bribery in bankruptcy, we live in a one -party system and not in a democracy.” He added that the America party was founded to “give them their freedom back”.
The start takes place in the midst of growing friction between Musk and his former ally Donald Trump, in particular because of Trump's $ 3.4 trillions of trillions that have been signed “Big, Beautiful Bill”, a massive spending package that did the Musk to enlarge the US deficit.
While the America Party is still in the early stages – it has not yet been registered with the Federal Election Commission – Musk shared the first ideas about the strategy. He suggested concentrating on a small number of key elections and wrote: “One way to implement this would be to concentrate on only 2 or 3 Senate seats and 8 to 10 districts of the House of Representatives.” Musk believes that the party could influence critical laws with such a mainstay and act as a crucial block.
The America Party has set up an official website and is expected to present its program in the coming weeks, even if it has not yet revealed any details about politics. With Musk's vocal support for Bitcoin and decentralization, the party could attract both fiscal conservative and crypto-affine voters who are looking for alternatives to traditional political structures.
