Solana (Sol) News: SSK starts trade

Rex Shares and Osprey Funds have anchorage digitally as exclusive storage and staking partners for their newly introduced Rex-Osprey Solana + Staking ETF (SSK) selected, the first stock market traded in the USA (ETF) For crypto staking.
The fund that investors participate in Solana
offers and at the same time generated staking rewards, was traded on the CBOE exchange on Wednesday at a price of $ 25.47 per share.
In contrast to existing Spot-Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, which fall under different regulatory framework, SSK is registered according to the 1940 investment company. This means that a qualified store – not the fund provider – is obliged to keep the underlying assets. Anchorage digitally, currently the only state -regulated bank, which can carry out both the custody and staking of digital assets, will take on this role.
“Staking is the next chapter in the history of the crypto ETFs,” said Nathan McCauley, CEO and co-founder of Anchorage Digital, in a message. “The introduction of crypto-staking ETFs is a profit for consumers and significant progress in full access to the crypto ecosystem.”
The ETF offers investors an indirect participation in Solana and at the same time enables participation in the staking mechanism of the blockchain, which generates additional income by supporting network security. Staking allows owners of certain cryptocurrencies to receive rewards by blocking their tokens in the network-a process that previously required technical expertise and direct interaction with crypto protocols.
By integrating staking into an ETF structure, Rex Shares and Osprey pursue the goal of making this process of a wider investor group accessible to traditional brokerage accounts.
Sol has increased by $ 150 to $ 150 in the last 24 hours.
The SSK starts, while the market for crypto ETFs is developing beyond Bitcoin and Ether, and issuers explore new ways to bring blockchain-based products to regulated stock exchanges. The introduction of staking ETFs marks a new phase for the industry by combining income-generating features with the system into digital assets-and all within a investment vehicle regulated by the SEC.
